HEALTHY
INDIAN ENTERTAINING: with guest chef Romy Gill
Author,
demonstrator, restaurateur and producer of her own line of sauces and other products,
Romy Gill has a passion for healthy cooking and a deep understanding of Indian
Cuisine.
While
growing up in India's West Bengal, Romy's family used traditional flavours from
around the area in their cooking. As a girl Romy would cook with her mother and
growing up in a multi and Indian cultural community, was introduced to recipes
and styles of cooking from different regions of India.
Since
moving to England Romy's focus has changed to cooking Indian food with an emphasis
on healthy eating and nutrition. She also loves to include local West Country
produce into her cooking.
Romy
lives in the West Country with her husband and two daughters. She first joined
us in 2011 and ran several very successful classes and we are delighted to be
welcoming her back in 2012.
During

key differences between North and South Indian cuisines.
