Fresco Eating Workshop
Summertime should
be about relaxing outdoors, taking time over meals with friends, an abundance
of fresh herbs and cooling salads. Nothing needs to be served hot so everything
can be done in advance leaving you free to chat and enjoy a glass of chilled sauvignon
blanc. On
our seasonal al fresco workshop we'll explore the great flavours of summer while
making a wide variety of different dishes which can be eaten as a picnic, on a
boat, as lunch, or as accompaniments to some barbecued meat and fish..
We'll spend the morning prepping and cooking and then end the workshop with a
late lunch where we taste all the dishes cooked. Dishes
