Mediterranean Summer - throughout August we are touring the whole of the Mediterranean rim picking a different region on each class and exploring its food culture, techniques and flavours. These are great days of discovery ending with a relaxed, long, late lunch on the deck. Choose any two classes or book two people on the same class for £180.

Family Mediterranean - Al fresco cooking for adults and children. We'll be out on the deck making bread, grilling fish, tossing fresh salads, skewering kebabs and whipping up a semi-freddo. What a great day!!

Mediterranean Breads - Foccaccia, Pitta, Pide, Piadina, maybe even a pizza, + a few others and all cooked outside on the decks.

Woodfired Oven Cooking - cook food with panache and wonderful flavour in the wood-fired oven.
