MANNA FROM Welcome to the Manna from At Manna from If we keep this in mind as we
plan and prepare our food we will come to understand why it brings us
pleasure so far beyond what we might expect of an energy source. Food
deserves time, respect and attention - and we provide these in lavish amounts
during our classes.
The school is run by Holly and David Jones. Holly is a
chef, food writer, consultant and broadcaster. David is a baker, sourdough
enthusiast, and team-building consultant. |
