Fish and Seafood Special 14/15th February:
2 days of the very best fish and seafood. On the 14th we will be doing one of our very popular Fabulous Fish workshops. Hands-on from the moment you start dealing with the whole seasonal fish we have selected in conjunction with our top fishmonger Mark Lobb, until the minute you sit down with a glass of wine and enjoy everything we have cooked.
This is followed by a Seafood Workshop on the 15th - the best local scallops, mussels crabs, squid and hopefully some more unusual goodies such as razor clams and cockles. Again completely hands-on with expert tuition from Holly.
Fabulous Fish - £85, Shellfish - £100 per day, or do both days for only £170 per person.

Bread and Sausage Weekend 16th/17th February:
Another chance for hands-on action. Spend Saturday understanding and making bread in David's Real Bread workshop and then Sunday creating your own sausages with us and the Gara Barton team. Lesley and Richard know all there is about making the best sausages (and several horror stories about not such great ones). All topped off with a local cider tasting and a feast of sausages and sausagey dishes. Additionally you will go home with bread and sausages to fill your freezer and to impress your friends and family. £75 per day or both days for £130.
